The NIL is an independent foundation that is concerned mainly about the interest of Dutch companies, organizations and workers in the field of welding. The NIL promotes involvement in welding and other joining technology industries among young professionals through published teaching material, quality training, internationally recognized courses and welding certification opportunities.
