Design
- Made from polyurethane coated nylon, I-Purge is tear-resistant and guarantees a contaminant-free, high quality weld.
- The streamlined design of I-Purge requires the use of just one relief valve to simultaneously inflate the bladders and purge the weld zone.
- Suitable for applications up to 356°F (180°C).
Easy Installation and Removal
- Each bladder features a nylon pull-loop. Connecting pull wires to these loops allows I-Purge to move through the pipe to the desired weld area, encountering no resistance or friction.
- Once the purge system is deflated, simply pull on the pull wires for quick removal!
Use Less Inert Gas
- I-Purge bladders inflate instantly, guaranteeing an airtight, impermeable seal. This allows for quick and efficient purging, saving precious time and money.
- I-Purge is positioned close to the root gap, saving volumes of inert gas.
Superior Flexibility
- Connected by a flexible spinal tube/steam hose, the two bladders easily slide around pipe elbows up to 90°.
